Summer Fruit Slaw

2 c savoy cabbage shredded
2 c red cabbage shredded
1/3 c shred carrot
1/3 c sliced thin strips of fresh or dried apricots
1/3 c sliced thin strips of apple
1/2 c yogurt
sprinkle or two of stevia (or 2 T maple syrup)
3 T cider vinegar

mix all ingredients and let soak 15 mins before eating.
